Aftercare Instructions
Following these guidelines carefully will protect your investment and help you achieve the best possible healed result.
Keep dry for the first 10 days
Do not wet the brow area. No sweating, swimming, saunas, or steam rooms. Pat dry immediately if water accidentally touches the area.
Apply aftercare ointment as directed
Use the provided healing ointment twice daily with a clean cotton swab — a very thin layer only. Do not over-apply as this can pull pigment.
Do not pick, peel, or scratch
Flaking and peeling is completely normal during days 5–10. Let skin shed naturally. Picking will pull pigment and cause scarring.
Avoid makeup on the brow area
No makeup, skincare products, or retinoids on or near the brow area for the first 2 weeks. After healing, avoid retinol directly on brows long-term as it fades pigment.
Protect from sun exposure
UV exposure is the #1 cause of premature fading. Once healed (after 4 weeks), apply SPF over brows daily. Avoid prolonged sun and tanning beds.
Book your touch-up at 6–8 weeks
Your first touch-up is included and essential. The brows will look significantly lighter after healing — the touch-up session perfects color, shape, and density.
Keep lashes dry for 24–48 hours
Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 48 hours after application to allow the adhesive to fully cure and bond.
Cleanse daily with a lash-safe cleanser
Clean lashes every day using an oil-free lash cleanser and a soft brush. Dirty lashes cause buildup that breaks down adhesive and can lead to eye infections.
Avoid oil-based products
Oil dissolves lash adhesive. Check all skincare, makeup removers, and eye creams for oil content. Use only water-based or oil-free formulas near the eye area.
Do not rub or pull your lashes
Rubbing eyes or pulling at extensions will cause premature shedding and can damage your natural lashes. Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase if you're a side sleeper.
Brush daily with a clean spoolie
Gently brush your lashes each morning to keep them neat and separated. Always brush from mid-shaft to tip — never from the root.
Book fills every 2–3 weeks
Natural lashes shed daily as part of their growth cycle. Regular fills maintain the full look. Waiting longer than 3 weeks will require a fuller (and costlier) fill.
Avoid heat for 24–48 hours
No hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts for 24–48 hours. Heat opens pores and can cause irritation or breakouts on freshly waxed skin.
Avoid sun exposure
Freshly waxed skin is sensitive to UV. Avoid direct sun and tanning beds for at least 48 hours. Apply SPF if sun exposure is unavoidable.
No tight clothing on waxed areas
Wear loose, breathable clothing after body waxing to prevent friction and ingrown hairs, especially after Brazilian waxing.
Exfoliate after 48 hours
Begin gentle exfoliation 2–3 times per week starting 48 hours post-wax to prevent ingrown hairs and keep skin smooth.
Moisturize daily
Keep skin hydrated with a fragrance-free lotion. Avoid heavily scented products on freshly waxed skin for 24 hours.
